Based on my first encounter with Dr Nyoka, he seems like a lovely doctor. And he's got this calm/nurturing demeanor about him. My daughter is scheduled to go in for a procedure to have her tonsils removed this Friday (14th June 2019). However nothing has been confirmed in the week leading to this. I'm sure the ladies at reception having been doing this for a while, But some communication goes a long way. A few things to consider is that people need to put in leave (if necessary) which in my case is. I need to inform the school that my child will not be there. Which hospital this procedure has been booked at etc... I can't do any of the above if i don't even know if it's happening! It feels like it's been left to last minute & I've followed up twice with regard to this. I've only just received authorisation from medical aid confirming this. I'm hopeful all will be good, post procedure. Wish us luck
