Dr Josselsohn’s professional care was excellent!! He responded promptly and administered medication that was necessary and appropriate for my illness. His continued concern for my health and welfare was reassuring! His wonderful care enabled me to return to my home country as scheduled. I will be forever grateful!!

It was a Suday morning. My husband was extremely ill. I googled what I could do. I found the number of Doctors on call. I phoned and immediately got fantastic service. The Doctors on call was extremely compassionate. Doctor Lance came to us immediately. Did all the necessary tests. We got the results of the blood tests about two hours later. On a Sunday. Doctor Lance followed up the next day. And made sure for the finest service every where we went for tests on my husband. My husband is getting better every day. Doctor Lance keep following up on us. We are truly greatfull towards Doctors on call. And especially for Doctor Lance.

During this time particularly, it has been a great advantage that he is the only doctor at his rooms, and protocols are strict, so the COVID risk level is minimal for a consult. He not only treated Dad but his thorough checking rrsulted in him identifying that Dad had a Drug resistant bacteria. Dr Joffelson hospitilised Dad and he is on the road to recovery. From Ameer Bawa Good Afternoon, Dr I was suffering from flu like symptoms from the Monday 6/7/20 after I had contacted my GPs by visiting their respective surgeries only to find out both the Doctors had succumb to The Covid-19 virus and subsequently passed on. The one surgery charged me a cash fee for a referral letter for a covid test . I then went to dis-chem drive through testing station and was assisted speedily . By Wednesday the 8/7/20 I needed to seek medical attention urgently as I was not well and my wife then remembered that Nedbank had given them contact details for Drs on Call. I made contact with a Dr , I surmise it was DrJosselsohn as that’s what the script indicated .The Dr immediately gave me a script and assisted completely in getting me on my way to recover fully. I would just like to say thank you for all the assistance given to me and I must say I was very impressed by Drs on Call as I have never met a Dr who did not know me from a bar of soap but cured me with a supply of meds and support bearing in mind I’m in Cape Town and he is in Johannesburg .I hope we overcome this Virus but I know one thing for sure that if it was not for Drs on Call I would probably also not have been able to recover fully And resume my duties at Makro sa. I therefore feel that the support was Phenomenal from a medical institution that I dealt with in Gauteng , Namely Drs on Call . Thank you , you guys are not just Drs but Superheroes. Very good doctor.and diagnosis spot on. BUT R3628.00 for a consultation call out for 8 minutes is a bit much ! The travel cost alone was R1950 ! Yes its convenient when one has no time to go to a doctor but it is a very high charge that medical aid does not pay for. So beware before calling or at least get a quote before commiting.
