Aaliyah and I met about 10 years ago. In that time I have celebrated many milestones, and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude and love for the incredible journey we've shared over the past years. Aaliyah is the kind, intelligent, firm, non-judgemental teacher that every student dreams of, and I'm deeply honoured for our connection Her zest for life and learning inspires me - the way she cherishes the time whilst coaching, her unwavering enthusiasm for life's simple joys, and her unrelenting passion for truth, which has culminated in the creation of Sehha Holistic Wellness put together with love and care. Her dedication to always finding the answers to bring the best health and best resolutions- whether it’s healthy eating, fitness and well-being is admirable, and her own journey alongside her clients, is a testament to her perseverance. As a coach, you shine, you bring immense joy to my heart. Your serious nature, infectious laughs, and unwavering support make you a rock in my life and so many others in our food tribe. Your insight is astounding and ur methods are as gentle, kind, caring and as firm as a mom with with a newborn baby that instinctively and immediately zones in, and nurtures, exactly what a baby needs and more. I found your wisdom, gift of words, dedication and NLP work, to help, guide, correct and connect with me, not only remarkably astute, but also so on point.
